What this site is
This website provides information about the remote staffing services offered by Brigham Talent LLC and allows employers to submit roles and candidates to submit their profiles. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement, or a commitment to begin a search.
Staffing services
Brigham Talent provides remote staffing services. We source and vet professionals and present them to clients; the client decides who to engage and directs that person's work day to day. Clients are billed by Brigham Talent for the hours worked at the agreed hourly rate.
We do not provide immigration, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Every staffing engagement, including the contractual relationship between Brigham Talent LLC, the client, and the professional, is governed by a separate written agreement; if that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement controls.
No fees for candidates
Brigham Talent does not charge candidates any fee at any stage - not to apply, not to join the talent network, and not upon placement. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in our name, it is not us; please report it through our contact form.
Information you submit
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that it is yours to submit, and that you have any consent needed to share information about other people. Do not upload confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.
You grant us permission to use the information you submit for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy - principally, matching candidates to roles and running searches for clients.
Acceptable use
- Do not use this site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or automate submissions to the site, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
The Brigham Talent name, logo, mark, site design, and content are owned by Brigham Talent LLC and may not be used without permission. Job descriptions and other material supplied by clients remain theirs.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Open roles listed here may be filled or withdrawn at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brigham Talent LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.
