One rate. No placement fee.

Brigham Talent bills a flat hourly rate for high-skilled, degree-qualified professionals - starting at $11 an hour per worker. You know the number before a search starts, and it does not change because the role turned out to be harder than expected.

Starting at $11 an hour per worker

No placement fees. No long-term contracts. No surprises.

That is for high-skilled, degree-qualified professionals - a rate that reflects a wider talent pool, not a lower standard. The exact figure depends on the role and the seniority you need, and we confirm it in writing before a search begins.

One hourly rate per worker

You pay for hours worked. No percentage of salary, no markup that moves when the role changes.

No placement fee

Nothing due up front and nothing due on hire. The rate is the whole commercial relationship.

No long contract

Month to month. If it is not working, you tell us and it ends - no exit penalty.

Never a candidate fee

Candidates are never charged, at any stage, for any reason. Our fee is paid by the employer.

What the rate covers

Everything up to and including the hire.

The rate is the whole commercial relationship. There is no separate search fee, no retainer, and no percentage of salary.

$11 an hour per worker is where rates start. More senior or more specialised roles cost more, and we tell you the number for your specific role before any work begins.

  • Defining the role with you and writing the brief
  • Active sourcing - we go and find people, not wait for applicants
  • Screening interviews against your requirements
  • Verification of experience, tools, and English
  • Confirming availability, notice period, and working hours
  • A written assessment of every candidate we present
  • Interview scheduling and candidate preparation
  • Support through the offer and start date

What it does not cover

The things we don't do - stated plainly.

We would rather be clear about the boundary now than have it surface after you have signed something.

The hourly rate covers sourcing, vetting, and the professional's working hours. It is not an advisory retainer. If your business needs one of the services below, we are glad to talk through how other companies handle it, but the arrangement is between you and your chosen provider.

  • Immigration or visa sponsorship
  • Legal, tax, or compliance advice
  • Equipment procurement
  • Recruitment process outsourcing or RPO retainers

Questions

Pricing questions

What exactly am I paying for?

Hours worked by the person placed with you. The rate covers our sourcing, screening, candidate presentation, interview coordination, and support through the offer - there is no separate search fee on top of it.

Does the rate change with seniority?

Yes. The published figure is where rates start. A senior analyst or a specialist role costs more than an entry-level one, and we tell you the number for your specific role before any work begins.

Is there a placement fee or a retainer?

No. There is no fee to start a search, no retainer, and nothing due when you hire. If we never find someone you want, you have not paid us anything.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The arrangement is month to month. If it is not working, tell us and it ends - there is no exit penalty and no minimum term.

Why is the rate lower than hiring locally?

Because the talent pool is wider, not because the standard is lower. These are high-skilled, degree-qualified professionals who happen to live in markets with a different cost of living. They are screened against exactly the same requirements a local candidate would be, and you would not know the difference from the interview.

Does the rate change once we start?

Not unilaterally. We agree the rate in writing before a search begins. If you later change the role - more seniority, different skills - we discuss the new rate before anything moves.

Do candidates pay anything?

Never. Candidates are not charged at any stage, for any reason. The employer pays; the candidate does not.
