Four to six candidates
Not twenty. If we cannot find four we can speak for, we tell you why rather than padding the list.
For employers
Brigham Talent is a remote staffing partner for U.S. companies in any state - vetted professionals in finance and accounting, data and analytics, operations, HR and people operations, risk and regulatory compliance, and executive support, billed at one simple hourly rate.
What we recruit for
We recruit inside a deliberately narrow set of professional functions. Depth in a few areas produces better shortlists than shallow coverage of many.
Accountants, analysts, and finance operations professionals.
Analysts who turn business questions into usable answers.
The people who keep processes, systems, and projects moving.
Coordinators and generalists who keep hiring and onboarding moving.
Risk, actuarial, and compliance specialists for regulated work.
Support professionals who work directly with leaders and clients.
How the search works
A short conversation about the work itself: what the person will own, who they report to, the tools they need, and what "good" looks like in six months.
We search actively rather than waiting on applicants, then interview U.S.-educated candidates ourselves against the requirements you set.
You get a short, honest shortlist with our notes on each person, including where they are stronger and where they are not.
We coordinate scheduling, prepare candidates on the role and the company, and keep the process moving.
We confirm the rate and the start date, then stay in touch once they begin to make sure the match is working.
Screening methodology
A résumé tells you what someone claims to have done. An interview tells you whether they can explain it. We do the second part before you spend time on the first.
Every candidate we present has been interviewed by us against the requirements you set. You receive our notes alongside the résumé, including where we have reservations.
Candidate presentation
Volume is easy. A shortlist you can trust takes work - which is the work you are paying for.
Not twenty. If we cannot find four we can speak for, we tell you why rather than padding the list.
Our read on each person: relevant experience, communication, and where they are stronger or weaker against the role.
Compensation expectations, notice period, start date, and working hours - verified before presentation.
International talent access
For remote roles, we source across the Americas as well as the United States. The screening standard is identical either way.
This is about reach, not cost. A wider search means a stronger shortlist and a shorter time to hire - particularly for analyst and support roles where local pools are thin. You are getting high-skilled, degree-qualified people at a rate that reflects a wider talent pool, not a lower standard.
We confirm working-hour overlap, spoken and written English, and remote-work readiness during screening, so a distributed hire is a normal hire rather than a gamble.
Much of Latin America sits within one to three hours of U.S. time zones, making a full working-day overlap realistic.
We assess professional English directly in conversation, not from a self-reported level on a form.
Home setup, connectivity, and a track record of working independently are all part of screening.
If a role must be filled by someone in a specific country or state, that constraint drives the search.
Questions
Brigham Talent has exclusive access to students and graduates of BYU-Pathway Worldwide, BYU-Idaho, and Brigham Young University - professionals holding U.S.-accredited degrees and certificates who studied and were assessed in English. Most are based across Latin America, within one to three hours of U.S. time zones. We also recruit U.S.-based candidates when a role requires it.
No. Brigham Talent is an independent, privately owned remote staffing company. We recruit professionals who earned their credentials at those institutions; that is the extent of the relationship.
Yes. Time-zone overlap is one of the things we confirm during screening. Much of the Americas sits within one to three hours of U.S. time zones, which makes a full working-day overlap realistic rather than aspirational.
We interview every candidate before presenting them, and assess relevant experience, communication, technical ability, role fit, compensation expectations, availability, and remote-work readiness. You receive our notes alongside each résumé, including reservations.
One flat hourly rate, starting at $11 an hour per worker. There is no placement fee, no retainer, and no percentage of salary. The exact rate depends on the role and the seniority you need, and we confirm it in writing before a search begins.
You manage the professional day to day: you set the priorities, the hours, and the standard of work, exactly as you would with anyone on your team. Brigham Talent sources and vets the professional, handles the commercial relationship on the talent side, and bills you for the hours worked. The specific contractual structure is set out in the written agreement before any work begins.
Yes. Brigham Talent works with employers throughout the United States. The name and the mountain in our mark reflect a Mountain West character, not a limit on where we work.
No. You are billed by Brigham Talent for the hours worked at the agreed rate, so there is no separate payroll to run and no entity to open in order to work with us. Brigham Talent does not provide legal, tax, immigration, or compliance advice - how those apply to your business stays with you and your own advisers, and the specifics of the arrangement are set out in the written agreement.

A short conversation is usually enough for us to say whether we can help and how we would approach the search.
