People First
A search involves someone considering a change in their career. That deserves care on both sides of the table.
About us
Brigham Talent is a remote staffing company working with employers throughout the United States.
Brigham Talent was created around a simple idea: good staffing requires understanding both the company doing the hiring and the professional considering the opportunity.
Most hiring goes wrong in the same few places. The role is described in job-posting language rather than in terms of what the person will actually own. Candidates are screened on keywords instead of judgment. Communication stops for two weeks, and by the time it resumes the strongest person has accepted something else.
We have worked with U.S. organizations and with internationally distributed professionals, and we have seen both sides of that breakdown - the manager buried in unqualified applications, and the well-qualified candidate who never hears back. Neither is necessary.
Brigham Talent aims to make professional recruiting, including across borders, clearer, more selective, more responsive, and more human.
We are a new company, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. We do not have a decade of placements to point to, a wall of client logos, or a headcount to impress you with.
What we do have is a narrow specialization, a screening process we can describe in detail, and direct founder attention on every search. If you want proof, the fastest way to get it is a first search - and we would rather earn that than manufacture credentials we have not earned.
We are a remote staffing company, not an advisory firm. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or compliance advice, and we do not procure equipment. If your business needs one of those, we are glad to talk through how other companies handle it, but the arrangement is between you and your chosen provider.
Brigham Talent is an independent, privately owned company. The mountain in our mark stands for the Mountain West character of the brand and for the climb involved in building a team - nothing more.
Values
A search involves someone considering a change in their career. That deserves care on both sides of the table.
We say what we know and flag what we do not. No inflated résumés, no manufactured urgency.
A shortlist should be short. We would rather send four candidates who fit than twenty who might.
We want to understand your business well enough that the second search is faster than the first.
The right hire should still be the right hire in two years. We recruit for that horizon.
You should never have to ask us where a search stands. Updates come without being chased.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we're the right fit for the role.
